What data we collect

Through the contact form: name, telephone, email address and the content of your enquiry. In the course of accounting services we also process data of the client’s employees and counterparties, provided to us by the client.

Legal basis and purpose

Form data is processed on the basis of your consent, solely in order to answer the enquiry. Data in accounting services is processed for the performance of a contract and for compliance with a legal obligation.

Retention period

Enquiries are retained for [period] after the last communication. Accounting records are retained for the periods laid down in the Accountancy Act.

Recipients

Data is disclosed to the revenue, social security, statistical and registry authorities where required by law. Enquiries sent through this site are also processed by our [hosting] provider and by Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, London region), which delivers the email — both acting as processors on our instructions. Cookies

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party resources. Fonts are served from our own server. The single exception is the map on the contact page: it loads from Google Maps only after you press the “Show the map” button. At that point Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Without that click, nothing is sent to Google.
